At Issy Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
